Skinny Smashed Sweet Potatoes

TASTY TUESDAY!!!

Although my meal plan is already set, I have the liberty of easily switching it out. 21 day fix is incredible in that manner that there are so many different options....

Smashed Sweet Potato 


Ingredients 

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 3/4 Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Agave Nectar
  • Cinnamon 
  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Instructions

1. Steam potato in the microwave or bake in the oven. 
2. Remove skins, while still warm, add 1/2 of yogurt and smash with fork.
3. Drizzle potatoes with agave and then sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Top with remaining Greek Yogurt, serve immediately and enjoy!

After typing this out I'm so swapping this out for tonight YUMMY!!!
